Steel Close Out Regular Season With Win

A hat trick from Cam Davis put the Steel into the final playoff spot heading into the final weekend of the season

Janesville 3 @ Chippewa 5: The Chippewa Steel kept their playoffs as Cam Davis registered a hat trick to lift the Steel to a 5-3 win over the Janesville Jets. Gavin Middendorf and Peyton Platter contributed to the cause with goals of their own while Tomas Trunda and Talan Blanck each chipped in two assists. Christian Venticinque, Jake Merens and Nicholas Stevens each got on the scoresheet for the Jets. Ajay White stopped 36 shots in the win for the Steel while Jan Kasal suffered the loss as he made 34 saves.
