Former Lone Star Brahma Michal Stinil had seven points in three games last week.

Atlantic Hockey 
Atlantic Hockey Player of the Week: Joey Baez, Army (Lone Star Brahmas) -
Joey Baez had a hand in five of six goals across two games for the Black Knights. The Tampa, Fla., native had a three-point night against Sacred Heart on Jan. 9 with a goal and two assists, before scoring the game-winning goal and logging a helper in Friday’s series opener against Holy Cross. Baez also netted his 18th career power-play goal during the week, which leads all active Atlantic Hockey skaters. This is his third career Atlantic Hockey weekly honor.

Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Week: Brent Keefer, Army (Northeast Generals) - Brent Keefer logged three points in three games this past weekend for the Black Knights. The Colorado Springs, Colo., native scored Army's first goal and provided the primary assist on the game-tying goal in the final minute against Sacred Heart on Jan. 9. He registered his second helper of the week in Army’s series opener with Holy Cross. This is his first career Atlantic Hockey weekly honor.

Atlantic Hockey Goaltender of the Week: Evan Szary, Army (Johnstown Tomahawks) - Evan Szary made 25 saves on 27 shots faced against Sacred Heart before leaving the game due to injury in the third period on Jan. 9. The Nashville, Tenn., native returned against Holy Cross on Friday and made 24 saves on 24 shots for his first career shutout. Szary added another 25-save effort while keeping the Black Knights in the game in the final tilt with the Crusaders on Saturday. He finished the week with a .937 save percentage and an Atlantic Hockey-best 1.88 goals-against average. This is his first career Atlantic Hockey weekly honor.

Atlantic Hockey Goaltender of the Week: Chris Hedden, Air Force (Shreveport Mudbugs) - Chris Hedden had a career-high two goals in the Falcons’ series-opening win over AIC. The Kalamazoo, Mich., native scored a power-play goal in the third period and his empty-netter sealed the Falcons’ first win against the Yellow Jackets since 2020, which snapped a 10-game winless skid against AIC. He tied his career high with three points in the game. This is his second career Atlantic Hockey weekly honor, both of which have come this season.

CCHA Defenseman and Rookie of the Week: Evan Bushy, Lake Superior State (Minnesota Wilderness) -
Bushy paced all conference blueliners with two points last week, dishing out a pair of assists in a weekend sweep of Northern Michigan. Post a +2 rating, he assisted on the Lakers’ tying goal on Friday in a 5-1 victory, before setting up a third-period tally in a 5-2 win on Saturday night. For the weekend, he recorded two shots on goal and two blocks at the defensive end of the ice.

CCHA Goaltender of the Week: Jake Sibell, St. Thomas (Aberdeen Wings) - Sibell turned away 27-of-28 shots in a 3-1 victory over Michigan Tech on Saturday night. He saved the only shot he faced while the Tommies were shorthanded, helping the team to a 2-for-2 penalty kill on the night. On the night, he made seven saves in the first period before registering 10 in each of the final two frames.

ECAC Goaltender of the Week: Lawton Zacher, Brown (Minot Minotauros) -
Lawton Zacher is recognized as the Goaltender of the Week for his stellar performance in the crease, going 2-0-0 at home and securing two crucial league wins for the Bears. Brown completed the weekend sweep with 5-3 and 2-1 victories over Harvard and Dartmouth, respectively. The first-year goaltender posted a 2.00 goals-against average and .938 save percentage. Across the two games, Zacher made an impressive 60 saves.

Hockey East
Hockey East Defender of the Week: Brandon Holt, Maine (New Mexico Ice Wolves) -
Brandon Holt registered a two-goal game in Friday night’s come-from-behind win at UConn, including a third-period, shorthanded goal that sparked a four-goal run for the Black Bears in an eventual 5-3 win. He finished the weekend with six shots on goal and one blocked shot.

Hockey East Co-Goaltender of the Week: Arsenii Sergeev, UConn (Shreveport Mudbugs) - Arsenii Sergeev posted 27 saves in a 2-0 win over No. 7 Maine on Saturday, his first NCAA career shutout with UConn.

NCHC Defenseman of the Week: Dylan Moulton, Miami (Chippewa Steel) -
Moulton contributed at both ends of the ice to help Miami split with rival and then-No. 10 Western Michigan last weekend. He tallied a goal both nights against the Broncos, tripling his goal total on the season. With his two goals, Moulton now has three goals on the season, tying his career high, and four points in 18 games.

ECHL Player of the Week: Michal Stinil, Wichita Thunder (Lone Star Brahmas) -
Michal Stinil of the Wichita Thunder is the Inglasco ECHL Player of the Week for Jan. 8-14. Stinil scored five goals and added two assists for seven points in three games last week. After being held scoreless on Friday against Cincinnati, the 24-year old had three points in a 6-4 win over the Cyclones on Saturday before notching a hat trick and adding an assist in a 6-3 victory against Utah on Sunday.
