Aberdeen Wings part ways with head coach Anzalone

April 11, 2016
The Aberdeen Wings of the NAHL have relieved head Coach Francis Anzalone of his duties effective immediately.

Anzalone came to the Wings organization in 2013 as an assistant coach under Travis Winter.  After Winters departure to Bemidji State University Anzalone was named head coach.  In his two seasons as the Wings head coach Anzalon had a regular season record of 49-58-13.

“We would like to thank Coach Anzalone and his staff for their dedication and effort on behalf of the Wings,” stated Wings owner Greg Odde.  “Francis has a bright future and we wish him the best of luck in furthering his coaching career.”

The search for a head coach is underway.
