Aberdeen defenseman Shuchart makes NCAA commitment

The Aberdeen Wings of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that defenseman Adam Shuchart has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Norwich University.
Shuchart, 20, just completed his second and final season playing junior hockey in the NAHL. The 6’1/190 lbs. native of Marietta, GA, began the 2021-22 season with the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks in the NAHL, recording one point in 10 games.
In late November, he was traded to the Wings where he then recorded two points in 27 regular season games with the Wings. He also appeared in seven Robertson Cup Playoff games.
During the 2020-21 season, Shuchart appeared in 42 regular season games with Danbury and recorded 11 points.
Prior to playing in the NAHL, Shuchart played prep school hockey at the New Hampton School and also for the St. Louis AAA Blues.
