Elmira College ended the 2020-2021 season with a 10-4-1 record and ended up winning the United College Hockey Conference Tournament Title. Elmira College is a private, coeducational, Phi Beta Kappa college located in Elmira, New York.  They play NCAA DIII Hockey out of the UCHC.

Abrams made his NAHL debut with the Amarillo Bulls during the 2018-19 season. He was traded to Aberdeen at the start of the 2019-20 season. His best career season came this past season in 2020-21 as Abrams recorded 15 points in 53 games played and added four points in 11 Robertson Cup Playoff games.

“I’m happy to announce my commitment to Elmira College to further my education & hockey career!! Thank you so much to all my coaches, friends & family members for all the help along the way! It’s been a crazy ride but I’m glad to call this place home for the next 4!! #goeagles,” stated Abrams.

“Christian was a very simple, reliable defenseman that prided himself on shutting down his opponent,” said Wings Head Coach and General Manager Scott Langer.
