Maryland Black Bears goalie Michael Morelli stopped 67 of 69 shots in a weekend sweep of the Northeast Generals.

Chippewa 2 @ Janesville 3 - Shane Ott scored with just 28 seconds remaining as the Janesville Jets grabbed their sixth win in a row, defeating the Chippewa Steel 3-2 on Saturday night. Charlie Schoen had the other two tallies for Janesville as he extended his point streak to six games. Liam Hansson had a goal and an assist for the Steel. Jordan Cormier got on the board as well for the Steel. Owen Millward got the win in net as he stopped 28 of 30 shots while Berk Berkelieev suffered the loss despite making 24 saves.

Northeast 2 @ Maryland 3 (SO) - Garrett Szydlowski had the game deciding goal in the fourth round of the shootout as the Maryland Black Bears completed their sweep of the Northeast Generals with a 3-2 win. Philip Tornqvist and Aidan McDowell each had a goal and assist in regulation for Maryland while Matthew Boczar and Tyler Cooper potted goals for the Generals. Michael Morelli made 31 saves to earn the win in goal while Hugo Haas made 29 saves in defeat.

Shreveport 3 @ New Mexico 5 - Beni Halasz stopped 42 shots as the New Mexico Ice Wolves enjoyed another night on home ice with a 5-3 win over the first -place mudbugs. Alex Gomez and Cole Hanson each had a goal and an assist for the Ice Wolves. Joey Larson, Jackson Wille and Mack Motzko all finished the night with a goal for New Mexico. Garrett Steele finished with a two point night while Braiden Dorfman also lit the lamp for the Mudbugs, Arseniy Seegrev took the loss in goal as he made 28 saves.

Maine 5 @ Danbury 2 - Aidan Connolly and Stefan Owens each found the back of the net twice as the Maine Nordiques topped the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks 5-2 on Saturday night. Reese Farrell also got on the scoresheet for Maine while Avery Sturtz stopped 27 shots to earn the win in goal. Alex Krause and Jason Kleinhaus provided the offense for Danbury. Josh Seeley and Andrew Pichora teamed up to make 22 stops.

Odessa 4 @ Lone Star 6 - Dylan Smith lit the lamp twice and added an assist as the Lone Star topped the Odessa Jackalopes 6-4. Andrew DeCarlo, Joey Baez and Dawson Tritt each had a goal and an assist while Zach Purcell grabbed a goal to give him points in six of his last seven games. Graham Burke got the win in goal as he stopped 24 of 28 Odessa shots. Dayne Hoyord, Jimmy Rayhill, Joey Musa and Nate Boak were the goal scorers for the Jackalopes. Noah Rupprecht was given the loss despite making 23 saves.

New Jersey 3 @ Johnstown 4 - Brendan Clark picked up the eventual game winning goal as the Johnstown Tomahawks picked up a sweep of New Jersey, winning on Saturday night 4-3. Jay Ahearn, John Gelatt and Jared Gerger all scored for the Tomahawks in the win. Josh Graziano turned aside 29 shots to pick up the win in goal. Nick Seitz led New Jersey with a goal and an assist while Caleb Price and Blake Humphrey lit the lamp for the Titans. Louden Hogg took the tough loss as he made 32 saves.

Wichita Falls 4 @ Amarillo 0 - The Wichita Falls punched their playoff ticket as they shutout the Amarillo Bulls 4-0. Owen Bartoszkiewicz made 29 saves to earn his sixth shutout and 18th win of the year for the Warriors. Dominick Rivelli, Ryan Robinson, Adisen Brueck and Hunter Jones all got on to thee scoresheet in the win for the Warriors. Cullen DeYoung made 24 saves in a losing effort for the Bulls.

MN Wilderness 5 @ St. Cloud 3 - Josh Bohlin registered a goal and two assists as the Minnesota Wilderness defeated the St. Cloud Norsemen by a score of 5-3. Mitchell Allard logged three assists while Gavin Rasmussen had a goal and an assist. Joey Pierce and Josh Phillips also found the back of the net. Logan Kittleson, Chase Freiermuth and Jordan Halverson all tickled the twine for the Norsemen. Kaleb Johnson found himself in the win column with a 33 save effort while Josh Langford was given the loss after a 30 save night.

Aberdeen 3 @ Bismarck 1 - The Aberdeen Wings hopped back into the win column by defeating the Bismarck Bobcats by a score of 3-1. Jake Goldowski scored in the first to give Aberdeen an early 1-0. Michael Reed increased the lead to 2-0 with his seventh goal of the season. Natan Vertes grabbed his 21st goal of the year in the dying seconds of the second period just before the intermission. Jake Sibell earned his 35th win of the year by turning aside 25 shots. Bismarck’s Ian Shane stopped 21 of 24 shots on goal.

Austin 4 @ Minot 2 - It was the Austin Bruins doubling up the Minot Minotauros on Saturday night as the Bruins left Minot with a 4-2 victory. Reggie Millette had a goal and an assist while Carson Riddle, Jens Richards and Mason Poolman all scored fort Bruins in the victory. Hudson Hodges was magnificent, allowing just two goals on 35 shots on goal. Tyler Kostelecky and Logan Anderson were able to light the lamp for the home crowd but it was Carter Clafton who was stuck with the loss despite making 25 saves.
