NAHL announces Beauty Status Flow of the Month winner for February
March 12, 2018
It’s that time of year again, when hockey flow is making all the headlines. We are now a good six months into the season as we ‘scan the salad bar’ for the best hockey hair in what is known as ‘Flowbruary.’
Our partner this season for Flow of the Month is Beauty Status Hockey Co. On September 13th, Beauty Status was named as the Official Hockey Apparel Company of the NAHL for the 2017-18 season.
Players in the NAHL and NA3HL were encouraged to submit photos of their best ‘hockey hair’ or ‘flow’ via social media or email by the end of the month.
The winner for February is Minnesota Magicians forward Cameron Buhl.
Buhl, 19, is in his second and final season of playing junior hockey in the NAHL for the Magicians. The 5’10/175 lbs. native of South St. Paul, Minnesota, currently has 23 points (11 goals, 12 assists) in 44 games played so far this season.
Just a few weeks ago, Buhl was selected to and played in the 2018 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament for the Midwest Division team, where he helped his club capture the 2018 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament title with a 2-0 record. Buhl scored a goal at the event.
This Minnesota born and bred boy has had flow instilled in him since he was young and growing up in a state known for its flow. Great salad here on Buhl as he has some nice brown lettuce that has sprouted since the beginning of the season. The photo of him is right after a tough fought Top Prospects game and he doesn’t miss a beat making sure his feathered flattery is out for all to see. Great work Cameron!
Beauty Status Hockey Co. is the exclusive sponsor of the Flow of the Month promotion exclusively on the NAHL and Beauty Status Twitter sites @NAHLHockey and @BeautyStatusHky
Players in the NAHL and NA3HL are encouraged to submit photos of their best ‘hockey hair’ or ‘flow’ via Twitter by the end of every month during the regular season.
