New Jersey defenseman Hamilton makes NCAA commitment

The New Jersey Titans, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), are pleased to announce that defenseman Jake Hamilton has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey and attend school at the University of Wisconsin-Superior beginning in the fall of 2016.
 
Hamilton, 20, completed his first season with the Titans and second overall in the NAHL, registering one goal and 12 assists for 13 points in 50 games played during the 2015-16 regular season.
 
He also was selected to and played in the 2016 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament for the East Division team, where he had a point in two games.
 
The Chicago, Illinois, native finishes his two-year NAHL career with three goals and 20 assists for 23 points in 101 games with New Jersey, the Soo Eagles and the Odessa Jackalopes.
 
The University of Wisconsin-Superior competes in the NCAA Division III WIAC and is coached by Rich McKenna, former Titans coach, who is in his 1st season.
 
Hamilton is the 11th NCAA commitment from the 2015-16 roster.
