February 12, 2014

The shots were almost completely even through the first two periods, which didn't see any scoring, but plenty of good goaltender from Wilderness netminder Frank Oplinger and Magicians goalie Atte Tolvanen.

Just over six minutes into the 3rd period, Darian Romanko scored the lone goal of the game with assists to Dan Litchke and Nolan Culver.

That would be all the Oplinger would need for his 5th shutout of the season as the goalie stopped all 30 shots that came his way. Tolvanen mad 27 saves in the loss, which snapped a season-high three-game winning streak for the Magicians.
