Minot Minotauros announce coaching change

The Minotauros Junior Hockey Club LLC announces that the PlayForward Sports Group, Inc., acting through its President, Brad Porter, has announced that the day-to-day hockey operations of the team will now be managed by new Head Coach/ General Manager Marty Murray and his staff.
Murray was previously the assistant coach under Ben Johnson, who has been relieved of his duties. Murray, a former NHL player, was officially named head coach and general manager at a press conference Monday at Maysa Arena. Murray is a Manitoba native who played professionally for 15 seasons and will look to draw on his own success in junior hockey. He won Gold twice with the Canadian national team at the World Junior Championships.
