Garrett Roth steps into year three as the bench boss of the Bismarck Bobcats. He talks more about what it means to make an impact on the athletes.

“The most important thing is you want to make a difference in these players' lives. You might only have them for a month; you might have them for three years. But if you can kind of set that foundation from a coaching staff and an organization on what we expect, and you know what the next step in their development needs to look like, those players are going to be a little bit more prepared when they get to that next opportunity to be ready to make an impact.”

As the Bobcats enter an anniversary season in the town of Bismarck, Roth shares more on the organization’s goals for the season ahead.
