“When you come to the North American League, because it's so challenging every single night, you have to develop the habits, the details, and the qualities. You'll be ready for stronger, harder games that happen in order to be successful. That's the strength of our league,” said Joe Exter. “We get them in environments where it's never a night off, it's never easy, and they're going to establish habits or have allowed them to have success in our league and wherever they end up afterwards.”
Joe Exter heads into his second season as the bench boss and General Manager of the St. Cloud Norsemen. His experience coaching athletes from the junior, NCAA, and professional ranks has shaped him as a coach. He shares more on what to expect from the 2025-26 Norsemen and how the team is ready to compete every night in the Central Division.
