Minot Forward Gibbs makes NCAA Commitment

The Minot Minotauros of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Noah Gibbs has committed to play NCAA hockey for Endicott College in the CNE.

The ‘04 skater from Canada will skate with the Gulls in the fall in Massachusetts. Gibbs is a third-year veteran of the NAHL. This past season, he began his year with the Janesville Jets, where he was a third-year player for the team. He hit the ice in 30 games, tallying five goals and nine assists for the Jets. One of his goals was named the decider in the contest. Following his time with the Wisconsin team, he laced up for the Tauros in 32 games. The 5’9 lefty found the back of the net five times and notched six assists. One of his goals was scored on the man advantage.

His 2023-24 campaign saw Gibbs play in 53 contests with the Jets. The future Gull scored 15 goals and produced 25 assists. Four of his goals were named the game-winning goal, and he scored two goals on the man advantage. He featured a +16 rating with the Jets.

In Gibb’s debut season in the NAHL, he hit the ice in 57 games, tallying nine goals and 29 assists for his roster. Two of his goals were scored on the power play, and two goals were named the decider in contests. Gibbs played a total of 172 career games in the NAHL and featured 94 career points.

General Manager of the Minotauros, Cody Campbell, shares what it means to have had Gibbs on the roster.

“We acquired Noah right after New Year's, and he was a good spark for our lineup. He brings exceptional speed and tenacity. He will fit right into a very good Endicott program.”

Gibbs is one of 15 members of the Minot Minotauros to make a college hockey commitment.
