Rochester Forward Cull makes NCAA Commitment

The Rochester Jr. Americans of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Gabriel Cull has committed to play NCAA hockey for Nazareth University in UCHC.
The New York native is staying in New York to skate with the Golden Flyers. The 6’2 righty is a second-year skater for Rochester. Cull hit the ice for 64 games this season. The forward found the back of the net five times and produced six assists. One of his five goals was named the game-winning goal. His first season with the Jr. Americans laced up for 60 games where he scored five goals and made 12 assists. Two of his goals were the decider for the Jr. Americans during the 2023-24 season.
Head Coach of the Jr. Americans, Francois Methot, shares more on the development he has seen from Cull.
“Gabe joined us as a free agent two summers ago, and his throwback style immediately caught our attention. It was a no-brainer to make him an integral part of our team—every successful team needs a player like Gabe. We’re thrilled he’s staying in Rochester and continuing his journey with the Nazareth University program.”
Cull is one of seventeen members of the Rochester Jr. Americans to make a college ice hockey commitment.
