Colorado Goaltender Sterling makes NCAA Commitment

The Colorado Grit of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that goaltender Pete Sterling has committed to play NCAA hockey for Endicott College in the CNE.
The 6’5 netminder from Woodbridge, Virginia will be heading to Beverly, Massachusetts to play with the Gulls in the fall. Sterling is a third-year veteran of the NAHL. He made his league debut during the 2022-2023 season with the Janesville Jets. He laced up in 12 contests and featured a 2.74 goals against average and a .912 save percentage. Moving into his second season, he played across three teams. He started the 2023-2024 campaign with the Janesville Jets before heading to the East Coast to play with the New Hampshire Mountain Kings for a few games. Sterling wrapped up his season with the Grit. Heading into his final season with Colorado, he hit the ice in 27 games and sported 3.24 goals against average and a .902 save percentage.
Sterling is the twelfth member of the Colorado Grit to make a college hockey commitment.
