The Odessa Jackalopes of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Jordan Larkee has committed to play NCAA hockey for Saint John’s University in the MIAC.
A product of the ladder of development, Larkee will be returning to his home state to skate with the Johnnies in Collegeville, Minnesota. The ‘04 skater has laced up in 47 contests with the Jackalopes this season. He tallied 15 goals and 22 assists for the Texas squad. Before joining Odessa, he spent two years in the NA3HL with the Oregon Tradesmen. Over his 76 games with the Tradesmen, he scored 25 goals while making 57 assists.
Head coach of the Jackalopes, Scott Deur, explains his excitement for Larkee.
“I’m excited for Jordan to continue his hockey career at the collegiate level. He worked hard all season and continued to get better. He came with a good intensity and willingness to get better every day. I look forward to following his success at the next step in his hockey career.”
Larkee is one of three members of the Odessa Jackalopes to make a college ice hockey commitment.
