Minot Forward Batten makes NCAA DI Commitment

The Minot Minotauros of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Billy Batten has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Army West Point in the Atlantic.
The 5’9 lefty from Pennsylvania will be skating with the Black Knights in the fall. Batten is a first-year skater in the league. The ‘04 skater has laced up in 54 matchups for the Tauros. On the season, he has tallied 20 goals, made 42 assists, and features a +16 rating. Batten has been crucial to winning contests. He leads his squad with six game-winning goals and is tied second with nine power play goals. Additionally, Batten ranks third on his squad with his 42 assists on the year.
Batten shared his excitement to join the program on social media.

Batten is the fifth member of the Minot Minotauros to make a Division I hockey college commitment.
