Philadelphia Forward Jones makes NCAA DI Commitment

The Philadelphia Rebels of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Brock Jones has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Army West Point in the Atlantic.
Jones is the Co-Captain of the Rebels and he will be heading back to his home state of New York to play with the Black Knights. The 5’9 righty has always wanted to serve his country and getting the opportunity to play for Army West Point is a cherry on top. Jones is a third-year veteran of the Rebels and was selected as a Top Prospect for the 2025 Top Prospects Tournament. He skated on the undefeated Selects Black squad where he tallied two goals, one of them being the game-winning goal. The ‘04 skater leads the Philadelphia roster with 38 assists while ranking second with 49 points.
Last season, Jones laced up in 60 contests for the Rebels. In those games, he scored six goals, made 24 assists, and featured a +12 rating. In his first season with the squad, the New York native tallied six goals and six assists over 50 games.
Jones reveals his excitement in furthering his education and hockey career with the Black Knights.
“I am honored and blessed to announce my commitment to play Division I college hockey at Army West Point. I am so thankful for everyone who has helped me along the way. I Could not be happier to be a Black Knight and serve my country.”
Head coach of the Rebels, Justin Hale, explains why Jones is deserving of this opportunity.
“This is a well-deserved honor and recognition for Brock. His dedication, talent, and leadership have set him apart. It has been a privilege to watch him grow both on and off the ice. Brock has earned every success, and his hard work has inspired his teammates and coaches alike. He exemplifies what it means to be a true warrior.”
