New Hampshire Defenseman Bossie makes NCAA DIII Commitment

The New Hampshire Mountain Kings of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that defenseman Damon Bossie has committed to play NCAA Division III for University of New England in the CNE.
Second-year blueliner for the Mountain Kings, Bossie will be heading back to his home state of Maine to skate with the Nor’easters in the fall. The 6’3 righty has laced up in 53 matchups for New Hampshire this season and he has dished nine goals and 29 assists. Bossies has scored two of his goals on the power play and has notched a +10 rating so far this season. He ranks as the leading defensemen on his squad with his nine goals while sits in second for New Hampshire blueliners with his 29 assists on the year. The ‘04 skater was selected as a Top Prospect for the undefeated Selects Black squad at the 2025 Top Prospects Tournament.
Last season, the Maine native played in 57 contests for New Hampshire in their inaugural season. He scored seven times while making 18 assists for the Mountain Kings. Five of his seven goals were scored on the man advantage and one of his goals was the game-winning goal.
Head coach of the Mountain Kings, Cam Robichaud, shares his excitement for Bossie’s opportunity.
“We are happy for Bossie and his family! I have had the opportunity to coach Bossie for the past few seasons and it has been awesome to see his growth over that time. He has proven every year to be an offensive threat from the back end at every level. I am proud of the opportunity he has earned and look forward to watching him compete at the NCAA level.”
Bossie is one of five members of the New Hampshire Mountain Kings to make a college ice hockey commitment.
