New Mexico Goaltender Fuller makes NCAA DI Commitment

The New Mexico Ice Wolves of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that goaltender Jackson Fuller has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Northern Michigan University in the CCHA.
The 6’0 netminder hailing from the State of Hockey will be heading to play with the Wildcats at Northern Michigan University in the fall. Fuller has played with the Ice Wolves over three seasons. This season he features 1.91 goals against average and .929 save percentage over 40 games. He has been named as February’s Goaltender of the Month and a South Division Star of the Week three times this season. The ‘04 goaltender has been electric between the pipes for the Ice Wolves. He has produced five shutouts this season and was named as a 2025 Top Prospect. At the 2025 Top Prospects Tournament he was the winner in the blue paint for the South Division squad. The Centerville, Minnesota native produced a 15-save shutout.
Fuller will be rejoining his former head coach, Phil Fox, at Northern Michigan University. He explains his excitement for joining the Wildcats program.
“I am very proud to announce my commitment to play Division I hockey at Northern Michigan University. I would like to thank my family, friends, teammates, and coaches for helping me get to this point!”
Head coach of the Ice Wolves, Kevin Hartzell, explains why Fuller is deserving of this Division I opportunity.
"Our entire organization is super happy for Jackson. He has paid his dues. He played just one game his first year. He didn't run away from the challenge, he chose to dig in and remain focused on his continual development. He is a role model for our players and many others seeking success in junior hockey."
Fuller is the sixth member of the New Mexico Ice Wolves to make a Division I hockey college commitment.
