The Amarillo Wranglers of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that defenseman Jean-Sebastien Pack has committed to play NCAA Division III for Augsburg University in the MIAC.
The ‘04 blueliner is heading to Minneapolis, Minnesota to join the Auggies this fall. Pack is a native of California and is a first-year skater in the league. The 20-year-old was acquired by Amarillo through a trade with the Danbury Hat Tricks on January 29, 2025. In his 13 contests with the Wranglers, he has produced four assists for the squad. While at the Hat Tricks, Pack featured a shorthand goal and two assists over 18 matchups. Prior to Danbury, he laced up with the Jr. Blues in three games. He tallied a goal and an assist for the Jr. Blues.
“I am grateful for the warm welcome and all of the opportunities I have had so far since arriving to Amarillo midseason,” said Pack. “I am honored to be joining such a historically successful program next year, and I couldn’t have done it without my family, coaches, teammates, and the whole Wranglers staff!”
Pack is one of three members of the Amarillo Wranglers to make a college ice hockey commitment.
