Minnesota W 3 @ Wisconsin 6 - It was an intense clash on Saturday night between the Minnesota Wilderness and Wisconsin Windigo. Both teams combined for 14 power play opportunities in the contest. However, it was the hosting Windigo that emerged victorious. Wisconsin limited Minnesota's chances throughout. In fact, the Wilderness failed to record more than seven shots on goal in any given period of play. As a result, the visitors went home with the loss.

Aberdeen 1 @ Austin 5 - The Aberdeen Wings and Austin Bruins had plenty of chances to score on Saturday. Both clubs took more than 45 shots on goal, with the Wings recording 52. However, Aberdeen could not turn those shots into goals. Luc Malkhassian’s two first period goals helped fuel the hosting Bruins to a 5-1 victory on home ice.

Chippewa 6 @ Janesville 3 - The Chippewa Steel came into Saturday's clash with the Janesville Jets hoping to make a statement. They did just that, and it didn't take long for the statement to be made. The Steel scored three goals in the first period en route to a 6-3 with. Jackson Lackas scored a hat trick to help fuel his team to victory.

Odessa 1 @ Shreveport 4 - The Odessa Jackalopes went into the first intermission with some momentum on Saturday night. They scored the first goal thanks to Kowin Belsterling, and they held the hosting Shreveport Mudbugs to fewer than 10 shots. However, Odessa soon lost the plot. The Jackalopes allowed three second period goals en route to a 4-1 loss away from home.

Lone Star 3 @ Amarillo 1 - It was an all-Texas affair on Saturday between the Lone Star Brahmas and Amarillo Wranglers. And it was a rather close contest between the clubs. Lone Star and Amarillo each scored a goal in the first period, but failed to get on the board in the second. The two teams spent most of the third searching for the game winner, as well. In the end, the Brahmas scored two goals in the final minute to claim a thrilling 3-1 victory.

North Iowa 5 @ Minot 2 - The North Iowa Bulls and Minot Minotauros were evenly matched in the shot department on Saturday, putting 42 shots on goal. Oklahoma 1 @ El Paso 2 - The hosting El Paso Rhinos failed to record more than nine shots in a single period of play on Saturday night. However, they didn't need a volume of shots to win. The Rhinos scored twice in the first period to give them an early lead. The Oklahoma Warriors pushed to get on the board, especially in the second period. However, a third period goal was too little, too late for Oklahoma.

Kenai River 3 @ Anchorage 2 (SO) - The Kenai River Brown Bears earned the extra point in the shootout as Mitchell McCusker stopped all three shooters he faced in the skills competition and stopped 40 in 65 minutes of action to earn the win in goal. Joey Gillespie scored his first goal of the season to break the ice in the opening minutes. It would remain 1-0 until early in the second period when Toby Carlson scored his 19th of the campaign. Midway through the period, Wes Berg and Daniel Bagnole would trade goals to make it a 2-2 game. That would the score through the remainder of regulation and overtime and would force the shootout. Andrew Larson would net the game deciding goal in this one. Michael Manzi took the loss in goal, stopping 28 of 30 shots.
