215 NAHL Alumni Featured at the 2025 NCAA Division III Men’s Hockey Tournament

The stage is set as the 2025 NCAA Division III Men’s Hockey Championship kicks off for the first-round games on Saturday, March 15, 2025. The North American Hockey League is proud to announce that 215 alumni will be featured in the tournament across the 14 squads.
Ten conferences were awarded with automatic qualification while the remaining four teams were selected at-large by the NCAA Division III Ice Hockey Committee. Every squad in the tournament features at least one former athlete from the NAHL. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire features the most, with 31 out of their 32 athletes having NAHL ties.
Two squads earned automatic byes for the first round of competition due to their record on the season. Curry College and the two-time defending national champion, Hobart College, will play their first round of play in the Quarterfinals. Both programs spotlight 16 former NAHL athletes each.
