Danbury forward Billequey makes NCAA DIII Commitment
The Danbury Hat Tricks of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Alexis Billequey has committed to play NCAA Division III for Trinity College in the NESCAC.
The 5’10 righty from Canada is in his first season with the Hat Tricks. The ‘04 skater was traded in early December from the Elmira Aviators. As an Aviator, Billequey played in 21 matchups. He found the back of the net eight times, while producing six assists. While at the Hat Tricks, he has scored four goals and made 16 assists over 18 games.
Head coach of the Hat Tricks, Lenny Caglianone, shares what it means to have Billequey this season.
“Beller has been a great addition to our team. He’s an incredible human being with high character. His ability on the ice to slow the game down and play with high intellect is the best in the league. Coach Greason is getting a great player and a better human. Congrats to Bellar and his family.”
Billequey is the eighth member of the Danbury Hat Tricks to make a college ice hockey commitment.
