The El Paso Rhinos of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Brendan Coughlin has committed to play NCAA Division III for Albertus Magnus in the NEHC.
The ‘04 righty from Marshfield, Massachusetts is heading to play with the Falcons. Coughlin is a second-year veteran of the Rhinos and has played in 43 games with El Paso over two seasons. The 5’9 skater has tallied a goal and two assists this season for the Rhinos.
Head coach of the El Paso Rhinos, Mike Rivera, explains more about Coughlin’s work ethic and ability on the ice.
“We are really excited for Brendan. His consistent work ethic and leadership has been a staple in our locker room this season. He’s a 200-foot player that can contribute offensively and we expect him to flourish at the next level.”
