Philadelphia Forward Panchisin makes NCAA DI Commitment

The Philadelphia Rebels of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) is proud to announce that forward, Charles Panchisin, has committed to play NCAA Division I for the Air Force Academy in the Atlantic.
The 5’10 righty from Illinois is a third-year veteran of the Philadelphia Rebels. This season he leads his squad with 23 assists while sitting in second with his 33 total points. Panchisin is 20 years old and has found the back of the net 10 times this season and features a plus-seven rating on the year. During his time with the Rebels, he has hit the ice for 146 games, scored 34 goals, produced 69 assists, and featured a plus-25 rating over the past three seasons.
Panchisin shares his excitement about joining the Falcons next season.

Head coach of the Rebels, Justin Hale, shares more about Panchisin's commitment to his development.
“A well-deserved honor and recognition for Charles. He exemplifies what it means to trust the process and commit to putting in the work daily. Three years ago he made our team from our main camp, and now he's one of our leaders and has a Division I commitment. Charles has done it the right way both on and off the ice. I'm very proud of him and excited for him to continue his journey at the next level.”
Panchisin is the fifth member of the Philadelphia Rebels to make a Division I hockey college commitment.
