Johnstown Goaltender Ferris makes NCAA DI Commitment
The Johnstown Tomahawks of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that goaltender Zack Ferris has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Army West Point in the Atlantic.
Reigning from the “Keystone State” and serving as Johnstown’s keystone in the goalie net is Zack Ferris. Out of the 13 wins the Tomahawks have on the season, 10 of those wins came with Ferris between the pipes. On the season, he has produced a .915 save percentage and 3.119 goals against average. The 6’0 netminder is in his second season with Johnstown. Last season, he produced nine wins, had a 2.640 goals against average, and a .924 save percentage.
Ferris shares his excitement to join the Black Knights.

He is the tenth member of the Johnstown Tomahawks to make a Division I hockey college commitment.
