NA Now: Oklahoma Warriors

The NA Now video series will feature an in-depth look into all NAHL teams in preparation for the 2024-25 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 13th. NA Now will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2024-25 season.

Oklahoma Warriors

Head Coach: Nate Weossner (1st season)

2023-24 season record: 31-22-5-3 – 69 points (6th in South Division)

2023-24 leading scorer: Drew Sutton (55 points)

2024-25 Division: South Division

With previous experience with the Oklahoma organization as an assistant coach, new bench boss Nate Weossner is extremely excited to be a head coach with a strong supporting staff and ownership. With coaching experiences all around the junior hockey realm, Weossner looks to take those experiences to build as a coach and a person to help his players. He looks to continue the “player first” culture in Oklahoma City and is ready to prepare his players for the upcoming NAHL Showcase.
