Minotauros forward Sewecke makes NCAA DIII Commitment

The Minot Minotauros of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Nicholas Sewecke has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for St. Olaf College in the MIAC.

Sewecke, 21, played the duration of his junior hockey career with the Minotauros, spending two seasons in Minot.  Throughout 117 NAHL games, 12 of which being Robertson Cup Playoff matches, the Sewickley, PA native recorded 55 points (29 goals, 26 assists), maintaining a plus-minus of +14 during the 2023-24 season. 

Between the beginning of April to the beginning of May of 2024, the ‘03 forward went on an eight game tear, tallying 14 points, including two, three-point games, one hattrick and one game winning goal. 

Sewecke is the 14th player to commit for the Minotauros this season.
