NA Now: Chippewa Steel

The NA Now video series will feature an in-depth look into all NAHL teams in preparation for the 2024-25 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 13th. NA Now will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2024-25 season.

Head Coach: Chris Ratzloff (2nd Season)

2023-24 season record:29-25-4-2 – 64 points (5th in Central Division)

2023-24 leading scorer: Peyton Platter (52 points)

2024-25 Division: Midwest Division

Head Coach Chris Ratzloff finished his first season in the NAHL and was extremely grateful and excited about the opportunity to lead the Steel. Just missing the 2023-24 Robertson Cup playoffs by one point, Ratzloff is entering year two with the importance of getting off to an early start ahead of the standings and preparation night in and night out.
