Warriors Captain Dronen makes NCAA DIII Commitment

The Oklahoma Warriors of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that Captain Max Dronen has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the WIAC.

Dronen, 21, is a three-year player for the Warriors and was named Captain during his final year of junior hockey. Appearing in 186 games for Oklahoma, the Moorehead, MN native tallied 85 points (26 goals, 59 assists), including five game winning goals, eight powerplay goals and one shootout goal. 

As a member of the 2022-23 Warriors, Dronen was crowned a Robertson Cup Champion, notching two assists during their postseason push. 

Dronen is the 15th player to commit for the Warriors this season. .
