Grit forward Jacober makes NCAA DIII Commitment

The Colorado Grit of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Wilder Jacober has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Augsburg University in the MIAC.

Jacober, 21, played his final year of junior hockey in his home state of Colorado with the Colorado Grit. Appearing in 59 games, Jacober tallied 21 points (11 goals, 10 assists), including one game winning goal, one power play goal and one shorthanded goal. The Carbondale native’s best game to date came on September 13th at the NAHL Showcase as Jacober scored one goal and tallied two assists for three points on the day. 

In February, Jacober was selected to participate in the 2024 Top Prospects Tournament.

Jacober is the 7th player to commit for the Grit this season.
