Rhinos forward Bolduc makes NCAA DI Commitment

The El Paso Rhinos of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that forward Médrick Bolduc has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Northern Michigan University of the CCHA.

Bolduc, 21, suited up for his final season of junior hockey with the El Paso Rhinos. Appearing in 64 games, 8 of which being Robertson Cup Playoff games, the Val-d'or, CAN native recorded 50 points (21 goals, 29 assists). In addition to scoring 4 game winning goals and 8 powerplay goals, Bolduc had his best game of the season on December 29th, tallying 4 assists against the Colorado Grit. 

As one of the leading scorers for El Paso, Bolduc was selected to represent the South Division at the 2024 Top Prospects Tournament, scoring two goals. 

"Medric was a fantastic player for us and a great leader. He is the kind of player and person that wants to keep getting better, and Northern Michigan is fortunate to have him joining their school. The El Paso Rhinos organization could not be happier for this opportunity for him," stated Rhinos Head Coach Joe Coombs.

Bolduc is the 5th player to commit for the Rhinos this season.
