Bobcats Assistant Captain Baer makes NCAA DI Commitment

The Bismarck Bobcats of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that Assistant Captain Nick Baer has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Colorado College in the NCHC.

Baer, 21, is a two-year NAHL player, playing both seasons with the Bismarck Bobcats, being named Assistant Captain this season. In 113 regular season games, the Minnetonka, MN native tallied 22 points (6 goals, 16 assists), including one game winning goal against the North Iowa Bulls. 

In addition to regular season play, the 6’0” blueliner appeared in 9 Robertson Cup Playoff games during the 2023-2024 season, recording 1 goal and 2 assists.  

Baer is the 16th player to commit for the Bobcats this season.
