Ice Wolves defenseman Svenddal makes NCAA DIII Commitment

The New Mexico Ice Wolves of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that defenseman Jake Svenddal has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Bethel University in the MIAC.
Svenddal, 20, is a two-year player for the Ice Wolves, appearing in 76 games for New Mexico. Over the course of two seasons, the Minneapolis, MN native tallied a total of 8 points (2 goals, 6 assists). As the 4th seed in the regular season standings, Svenddal and the Ice Wolves made a run during the Robertson Cup Playoffs skating in a total of 6 postseason games.
Svenddal is the 9th player to commit for the Ice Wolves this season and will join 13 NAHL alumni at Bethel in the fall.
