Lone Star 4 @ New Mexico 0 (South Division Semifinals, Lone Star Wins Series 3-1): Brock James found the back of the net twice and Deivs Rolovs stopped all 19 shots he faced as the Brahmas blanked the Ice Wolves 4-0 in Game 4 of the South Division semifinals. The series clinching victory booked the Brahmas a spot in the division finals. After a scoreless opening period, Connor Bergeron broke the ice with a goal just 16 seconds into the middle frame. Not even two minutes later, Justin Kerr lit the lamp to increase the Brahmas lead to 2-0. The onslaught in the second period continued minutes later as James put Lone Star up by three. James would add his second goal of the night in closing minutes of action, putting home the dagger in the Ice Wolves season. Andy Vlaha made 16 saves in the loss for New Mexico. Lone Star will now get some much needed rest after four games in six days. They will take on the winner of the Shreveport-El Paso series. That is currently tied at one game apiece.
