Visitors prevail in Wednesday matchups

Northeast 4 @ New Hampshire 1: The Generals picked up a weekday road win over the Mountain Kings with help from a two-goal performance from Ryan Remick. Jacob Wilson and Remick both lit the lamp in the opening frame to put the visitors ahead by two just under six minutes into the contest. Jake Gutwirth extended the lead early in the 2nd period before Ethan Rosenoff got New Hampshire on the board with his 6th goal of the season. Remick netted his 2nd of the game 51 seconds into the 3rd to provide insurance and seal the win. Toby Hopp was nearly perfect between the pipes, stopping 41 of 42 shots faced. Stefan Carney kept out 42 shots in the loss.
Rochester 6 @ Johnstown 0: A dominant first 40 minutes led the Jr. Americans past Johnstown in a convincing 6-0 win. Tyler Procious and Massimo Gentile both tickled twine in the opening period for Rochester. Jaden Dyke, Liam Varmecky, Adam Gionta, and Matteo Disipio all found the back of the net in the 2nd to put the game out of reach. Danick Leroux picked up the shutout in the crease, stopping all 28 shots the Tomahawks sent his way. Zack Ferris and Jacob Osborne combined for 26 saves in the loss.
