Sunday Wrap Up: Wolverines Finish Off Sweep of Steel

Camden Bajzer netted two goals and finished with three points as El Paso knocked off Colorado
Colorado 2 @ El Paso 5: Camden Bajzer potted a pair of goals and chipped in assist as the El Paso took care of the Colorado Grit 5-2. Medrick Bolduc and Mason LeBel each had a goal and an assist in the victory. Tory Lund also got on the scoresheet for El Paso. Landon West netted both goals for the Grit in the loss. Joey LoVullo earned the win in goal as he stopped 16 shots. Pete Sterling was dealt the loss as he made 21 saves.
Chippewa 0 @ Anchorage 4: Liam Beerman denied all 33 shots thrown his way as the Anchorage Wolverines completed the sweep of the Chippewa Steel winning on Sunday by a score of 4-0. Fyodor Nikolayenya and Tai Ushio each had a goal and an assist for Anchorage. Arvega Hovsepyan and Romulus Riego De Dios also lit the lamp for the Wolverines. Ajay White was given the loss as he stopped 28 shots.
Amarillo 1 @ Oklahoma 4: Four different Warriors found the back of the net as they defeated the Wranglers 4-1. Connor Smith got on the board just 60 seconds in to the action. William Ahlrik followed up with a goal of his own in the second period. Topi Puikkonen brought the Wranglers within one with his 22nd tally of the season. Anthony Cafarelli and Branko Vukas added insurance for the Warriors as they closed out the win. Daniel Duris was nearly perfect as he made 30 saves on 31 shots. Connor McDonough stopped 25 shots in the loss for Amarillo.
