Brahmas blank Jackalopes on Monday, 5-0
Odessa 0 @ Lone Star 5 – Brahmas goalie Deivs Rolovs stopped all 26 shots that came his way as Lone Star snapped their losing streak with a 5-0 win in the lone NAHL game on Monday over the visiting Jackalopes.
Five different players lit the lamp for the Brahmas, which included a 1st period goal from Charlie Masek with Brock James picking up an assist.
In the 2nd period, James found the back of the net with assists to Matyas Borak and Jacob MacDonald to make it a 2-0 game.
In the 3rd period, the Brahmas put the game on ice with three more goals from Bryce Ingles (assists to James and MacDonald), Connor Bergeron (assists by Max Hamstad and Saxton Tess), and Ivan Zadvernyuk (assist to Antti Autere).
Jackalopes goalie Quentin Sigurdson made 31 saves in the loss.
With the win, the Brahmas lead in the South stands at five points over the 2nd place Amarillo Wranglers.
