Chippewa defenseman Chen makes NCAA commitment

The Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that defenseman Mason Chen has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Williams College.
Chen, 19, is in his first season of playing junior hockey in the NAHL. The 6’0/174 lbs native of Toronto, ON, has appeared in 13 games during the 2023-24 season and has recorded one goal and two assists for three points.
Prior to playing in the NAHL, Chen played two years of prep school hockey for Milton Academy.
He is the seventh player on the 2023-24 Steel roster who is committed to play NCAA hockey.
