Minot forward Boche makes NCAA commitment
The Minot Minotauros of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that forward Cameron Boche has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Saint John’s University.
Boche, 21, just completed his second full season playing in the NAHL. The 6’1/174 lbs. native of Lakeville, MN, split time during the 2022-23 season with both the Minotauros and the Wisconsin Windigo.
Boche began the season with the Windigo, appearing in 29 games and recording 15 points (5 goals, 10 assists). He was then traded to Minot in December where he put up six points in 24 games played.
During the 2021-22 season, Boche appeared in 37 games for the Minnesota Magicians and recorded 22 points (11 goals, 11 assists).
Boche made his NAHL debut with the Magicians during the 2020-21 season when he also played high school hockey for Lakeville South in Minnesota.
He played two seasons in the NAPHL for the Minnesota Magicians 16U and 18U teams during the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons. In 16 career NAPHL games, he recorded seven points.
