Maine defenseman Wolters makes NCAA commitment

The Maine Nordiques of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that defenseman Sterling Wolters has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for SUNY-Geneseo.
Wolters, 21, just completed his first season playing the NAHL for the Nordiques and his fourth season of junior hockey overall.
The 5’11/183 lbs. native of Windsor, ON, was a solid presence along the blueline during the 2022-23 season, recording 20 points (3 goals, 17 assists) in 56 games during the regular season.
He also appeared in seven Robertson Cup Playoff games and added three assists.
