The Brookings Blizzard, proud members of the NAHL, are pleased to announce that forward Paul Cotter has made his NCAA Division I commitment to play college hockey at Western Michigan University of the NCHC.
The 6’0/185 lbs. Canton, Michigan native had a successful NAHL Showcase where he picked up 3 points in four games including a power play goal in helping the Blizzard to a 3-0-1 record.
Cotter, 16, played in the HPHL for the Little Caesars 16U team last year.
“Paul has come in and played a big role for us so far, and we’re excited to see where his game can grow from here,” Dan Diakawa, Brookings Blizzard Head Coach.
Cotter is the third player on the Blizzard roster this season who is committed to an NCAA Division I school.
