North moves to 2-0 at Top Prospects

ANN ARBOR, MICH. – The North Division moved to 2-0 at the NAHL Top Prospects Tournament with a 5-4 shootout win over the Central Division (1-1) at the Ice Cube in Ann Arbor, Mich.

St. Louis Bandits goaltender Cal Heeter was named the Player of the Game after stopping all 14 shots he faced in his 30 minutes of action and all five in the shootout.  

Mahoning Valley Phantoms forward Derek Graham and Traverse City North Stars defenseman Jameson Raymond each recorded a goal and an assist in the win, while Bandits forward Kyle O’Kane picked up two assists.

Bandits forward Mike Leone scored the only goal in the shootout.

North Iowa Outlaws forward Shea Walters recorded two assists for the Central Division.
