Jake Acton made 41 saves for the Minnesota Magicians in a 3-1 win on Sunday.
Shreveport 1 @ Topeka 2
– Thanks to 41 saves from Emil Gransoe, the Topeka RoadRunners completed a three-game weekend sweep of the visiting Shreveport Mudbugs on Sunday with a 2-1 win. The RoadRunners were outshot in the game 42-21, but Gransoe kept the Mudbugs scoreless until Jordan Fader gave Shreveport the lead early in the 2nd period with his 6th goal of the season to make it 1-0. That would be all the Mudbugs would get as Topeka tied the game thanks to the first career NAHL goal from Michigan native Austin McCarthy later in the period. The game-winner came late in the 3rd period as Topeka forward Max Harper outraced a pair of defenders to slip a shot past Mudbugs goalie Dyllan Lubbesmeyer for the game-winner with less than four minutes remaining in the 3rd period. Lubbesmeyer made 19 saves in the loss. Boxscore
