Steel defenseman Hatton makes NCAA DIII Commitment

The Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce that defenseman Nick Hatton has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for St. Olaf College in the MIAC.
As a second round draft pick for the Steel in 2023, Hatton appeared in his first NAHL game on September, 9th against Kenai River. Over the course of 59 games with Chippewa, the Bloomington, MN native tallied a total of 11 points (1 goal, 10 assists).
Hatton is the 11th player to commit for the Steel this season and will join 9 NAHL alumni at St. Olaf in the fall.
